What is the RSF Operations Portal?

Operations Portal: The R​SF Operations portal​ is our proprietary Warehouse Management System. During the onboarding process, you will receive a link to the admin portal along with a username and password. The operations portal is where you will do things like:

  • Create your products/SKUs 
  • Create ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) 
  • Place manual orders 
  • Modify, cancel or hold existing orders 
  • Create RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization)
