On-Time Fulfillment – 100% Guarantee
The marketplace is getting more competitive by the day. As competition grows, so do your customers’ expectations. You can’t afford to have a certain percentage of your orders not ship on time. You and your customers expect more. Red Stag Fulfillment stands alone in the industry when we say: 100% of your orders will be shipped according to your chosen service level (Next Business Day, 3 pm cut-off, or 5 pm cut-off), or else you don’t pay for that shipment AND we’ll pay you $50 for the inconvenience.
As outlined in your FSSA RSF provides Fulfillment Services pertaining to an Order on the Target Ship Date assigned to the Order. Orders received by an agreed upon Cutoff Time within a Normal Business Day will receive a Target Ship Date of the same day. Otherwise RSF shall provide the Fulfillment Services for such Order by the end of the next Normal Business Day at the latest. In the event RSF fails to provide Fulfillment Services pertaining to an Order as required by this guarantee, RSF shall pay an “On-Time Fulfillment Guarantee Penalty” of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each such Order.
