Receiving Inventory – Two Day Guarantee

As far as we can tell, in order to sell products, you need to have them physically available to sell (sorry for the sarcasm). In order to have them available to sell, you need to receive them into the system quickly and accurately when they arrive at our fulfillment center. Some fulfillment companies have a “we’ll receive it when we get to it” mentality when it comes to your products. Not us.

Red Stag Fulfillment stands alone in the industry when we say: When your shipment is unloaded in our facility, we’ll receive it accurately within 48 hours or we’ll pay you $50 for the inconvenience.

As stated in your FSSA RSF desires to promptly make your Goods available for shipment. To this end, RSF shall Receive Goods by the end of the second (2nd) Normal Business Day after the day such Goods are accepted by RSF; for instance, Goods delivered to RSF on a Monday would be Received by the end of the Wednesday of that same week. For the purpose of this guarantee, RSF’s permitted window shall not begin until such time that Goods are in the possession of RSF and you have submitted a correct ASN for such Goods.

Additionally, such permitted window shall be extended to the extent that the Goods must be barcoded, repackaged, or otherwise modified, including but not limited to instances where SKU weights, dimensions, and pictures must be added to the System. Your chosen transportation carrier must schedule a Receiving appointment with RSF pertaining to all deliveries of Goods to RSF's facilities at least 24 hours before the delivery date of such Goods. In the event RSF fails to Receive Goods pertaining to an ASN as required by this section, RSF shall pay a “Receiving Inventory – Two Day Guarantee Penalty” of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each such ASN.
