Fulfillment Accuracy – 100% Guarantee
It should go without saying that you and your customers expect to receive what they ordered. Unfortunately, the average fulfillment company can have an order mis-pick rate of 4%, where one out of every 25 orders is wrong. Red Stag Fulfillment, on the other hand, has an error rate of less than 0.02%, or just 1 out of more than 5,000 orders. Even with that performance level, we take it one step further.
Red Stag Fulfillment stands alone in the industry when we say: If an order is shipped with the wrong item or wrong number of items, not only will we fix the mistake, but you don’t pay for that shipment AND we’ll pay you $50 for the inconvenience.
As outlined in your FSSA, RSF will provide Fulfillment Services with 100% accuracy, which means that for each Order, RSF fulfills the correct type and quantity of Goods and submits the resulting Package(s) or Pallet(s) to the correct Carrier. In the event RSF makes a mistake such that Fulfillment Services for a given Order are not performed as required by this guarantee, RSF shall refund all amounts paid to RSF for Fulfillment Services pertaining to such Order; shall pay for all shipping costs, to include any additional Carrier service fees toretrieve items shipped incorrectly, if any; shall pay for all shipping costs to ship any missing.
